Incorporated in 2021 Ascent Sigmax Sportsmeds Pvt. Ltd. is an Indo-Japanese joint venture between India’s leading consumer healthcare organization Ascent Meditech Ltd., and Japanese multinational Nippon Sigmax Co.Ltd.

The joint venture between these two multinationals was formed with a common goal of offering orthopaedic support products for the sporting community to prevent injuries.
